1. About Dinar Exchange

Dinar Exchange New Zealand is operated by Oz Trading Group Pty Ltd (ABN 82 158 981 787), an AUSTRAC-enrolled entity (Enrolment Number: 100311410). By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Dinar Exchange provides physical foreign currency exchange services, specialising in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and Zimbabwe Dollar (ZIM) banknotes. We sell and buy back authentic banknotes with delivery to customers within New Zealand via tracked courier (NZ Post).

3. No Investment Advice

Dinar Exchange is not an investment company, financial adviser, or licensed broker. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Currency exchange involves risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Customers should conduct their own research and consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

4. Ordering and Payment

• All orders are placed through our website at dinarexchange.co.nz
• Payment is accepted via New Zealand bank transfer only
• Prices are quoted in NZD and are subject to change based on current exchange rates
• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received and cleared
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

5. Identity Verification (AML/KYC)

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (New Zealand) and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Australia), we are required to verify the identity of all customers. You must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before your order can be processed. Failure to provide satisfactory identification may result in order cancellation.

6. Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Delivery is via NZ Post tracked and insured courier, typically 7-9 business days within New Zealand
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier service
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control

7. Refund Policy

We guarantee delivery of all notes ordered. All shipments are fully tracked and insured via NZ Post. If you receive banknotes that are damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Buy-Back Service

We offer a buy-back service for 25,000 and 50,000 IQD notes. Buy-back rates are quoted at the time of enquiry and are subject to market conditions. To initiate a buy-back, contact us with denomination details and clear photographs of the notes. Payment for buy-back is made to your nominated NZ bank account within 3-5 business days of receiving and verifying the notes.

9. Consumer Guarantees Act

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All banknotes sold are guaranteed to be authentic, and our services are provided with reasonable care and skill as required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Oz Trading Group Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dinar Exchange and Oz Trading Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

12. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute about our services, please contact us first at dinars@dinarexchange.co.nz. We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may refer the matter to the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or seek independent legal advice.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
